Hi, I’m Bradleigh!

My name literally means “Wide Meadow.” I’m a watercolor artist and writer inspired by the rolling meadows of quaint Connecticut, and my heart is to encourage you into a life of deeper joy and fullness.

God has called me to show you the beauty of who He created you to be so you can walk in fullness of your true identity and step into your unique calling and purpose. He’s given me a creative heart to draw out and highlight beauty in unnoticed and everyday places. I paint the pictures He inspires me to paint and share the perspectives He gives me to write.

After leaving an abusive marriage, I embarked on a healing journey to discover who I was and shed the lies I’d believed about myself. Through a series of encounters with God, He showed me my heart as a hidden meadow, tended by Jesus, who was bringing new life back to barren and neglected places as I was willing to submit to His care. This involved the cutting away of weeds and old things that were no longer healthy, and breaking up and fertilizing the hard places of my heart’s “soil” so new things could be planted. It’s been a process, and just as with any garden, it’s never quite done!

This is what Jesus offers for everyone who needs His life-giving touch, and my experiences make me passionate to support others in discovering your identity in the God who created you for a glorious purpose. He calls each of us out from the lies that our pasts tempted us to believe about ourselves and the world, and into the expansive space of the Wide Meadow – by which I mean a whole new life where we can thrive in His delight over us, receive His nurturing care, and dance into the fullness of all He created us to be.
